HERFIO GUIDE
Where to smoke cigars indoors in Portland.
Indoor cigar smoking is not something to assume in Portland, so these are the places where we found clear evidence that you can actually light up inside.
THE SHORT VERSION
Downtown, Rich's and El Gaucho cover two very different versions of the same idea. Kells has Old Town, Broadway handles inner Northeast, Releaf has Sellwood, and Greater Trumps gives Hawthorne a cigar-friendly bar instead of another retail shop.

See the full place profileHow we made this list: We only include places with location-specific evidence of indoor cigar smoking. Selling cigars is not enough, and we do not carry a chain-wide smoking claim over to an individual store without proof.
Editorial picks are separate from paid placement. Policies, hours, and cigar inventory can change, so the individual place pages show the underlying research and verification details.
