CITY GUIDE

Find cigars in Portland.

There is no single Portland cigar neighborhood. Rich’s anchors downtown, Releaf gives Sellwood a real cigar destination, Broadway and 82nd Avenue cover the east side, and places like El Gaucho, Kells and Greater Trumps are better when the cigar is part of dinner or drinks.
