Kansas City
The easiest way to think about cigars in Kansas City is by neighborhood. Head to the Crossroads or 39th when you want to sit down for a while, the Plaza when you mainly want to shop, and north of the river when you want a full lounge-and-humidor setup without coming back downtown. Down south, there are plenty of places to grab cigars, but fewer spots built around making a night of it.
St. Louis
The St. Louis cigar scene is spread across the city instead of clustered in one neighborhood. Downtown and Midtown lean more toward full-bar lounges, Soulard and The Hill are stronger for cigar-first retail and humidor browsing, and several South City shops are useful when you mainly need to buy a cigar and keep moving.
