If you are hunting for a specific box instead of just any cigar, a handful of Indy shops separate themselves pretty quickly.
THE SHORT VERSION
Cigar Haven has the broadest current inventory footprint we found, especially once you combine its branch-specific selections with the current shared cigar list. Nicky Blaine's has an unusually deep published cigar menu for a cocktail lounge, 10th Street is excellent about naming what is actually in its humidor, and BURN and The Cigar Box add strong premium-shopping options downtown and in Castleton.
