HERFIO GUIDE
Tucson cigar shops worth crossing town for.
If you are buying cigars in Tucson, Broadway and Grant are where we would start. The city has plenty of smoke shops, but only a smaller group are worth crossing town for when you actually want to stand in a humidor and look around.
THE SHORT VERSION
Fairway and the two Anthony’s locations are the obvious first stops for a serious cigar run. Fairway has the strongest exact-store brand depth we found, while Anthony’s feels more like the traditional humidor-shopping experience. Cubano and Sky matter because they give you confirmed walk-ins farther from the core, and Town, Tommy’s and Head West are better thought of as situational stops — late hours, a nearby neighborhood, or convenience.
Fairway Cigars
Midtown
Fairway has the strongest store-specific cigar list we found in Tucson, plus a walk-in humidor and a setup built around cigars rather than general smoke-shop retail.
Fairway is the Tucson spot for turning a cigar into an actual night out. You can smoke inside, order a drink, work through a walk-in humidor and hit the golf simulators without leaving Broadway. It also has the deepest exact-location brand inventory we have verified anywhere in the city.
Worth knowing: Inventory moves, and Fairway is still a newer shop, so call if you are chasing one specific stick.

East Tucson
A proper cigar shop on Broadway with a walk-in humidor and enough catalog depth to make browsing worthwhile.
Anthony’s on Broadway is the kind of Tucson stop you make when you actually want to browse a humidor, not just grab whatever cigars happen to be behind a counter. It is cigar-first, has a walk-in humidor, and sits on one of the city’s main east-west corridors, so it is easy to work into a Midtown or east-side run.
Worth knowing: Anthony’s publishes its brands across the chain, so not every box can be guaranteed at Broadway.

Midtown
A proper Grant Road humidor stop that makes sense if you are already moving through Midtown.
Anthony’s Grant shop is a traditional humidor stop in Midtown: cigar-first, easy to browse, and backed by the same broad current catalog as the Broadway location. If you are driving Grant anyway, this is the more natural place to stop than crossing town for a general smoke shop.
Worth knowing: Anthony’s publishes its brands across the chain, so not every box can be guaranteed at Grant.

Eastside
The walk-in humidor and late hours make Cubano one of the better east-side cigar stops.
Cubano is an east-side humidor stop with late hours, which makes it handy when the dedicated cigar shops have already closed. The walk-in humidor is confirmed; the only thing we are not going to fake is a brand list the shop does not publish clearly.
Worth knowing: The shop does not publish a dependable brand list, so go for the humidor rather than a promised label.

Amphi
Sky gives the Fort Lowell area a walk-in humidor without forcing you back toward Broadway or Grant.
Sky Smoke Shop gives the Fort Lowell area a real walk-in humidor and hours that run later than most cigar-first shops. That makes it a solid north-central fallback when you still want to browse a humidor without heading across town.
Worth knowing: The humidor is easier to verify than the brands inside it.

Midtown
Town is a better fit for a later cigar stop on Grant than a quick convenience run.
Town Smoke Shop on Grant is one of the few Tucson listings that leans more lounge than simple counter service, and it stays open later than the traditional cigar shops. It is worth knowing about for a later smoke; the online inventory just is not detailed enough for us to tell you what is in the humidor tonight.
Worth knowing: Its public brand list is thin, so the lounge-style use case is stronger than the inventory story.

Eastside
Tommy’s is a straightforward east-side tobacco shop with cigars and long daily hours.
Tommy’s is an old-school tobacco-shop kind of stop on the east side: cigars, long hours and no need to turn it into more than it is. Good when you want to buy a few sticks without driving back toward Midtown; less of a destination if you are planning a full cigar night.
Worth knowing: Good for a buy-and-go stop; not the place we would build a Tucson cigar night around.

Campbell-Grant
Head West earns a spot because it is open 24 hours and actually sells cigars.
Head West is the practical answer when it is late, early or everything else is closed. The Campbell shop is open 24 hours and does sell cigars, but this is convenience-first smoke retail, not the place we would send someone looking for Tucson’s deepest premium humidor.
Worth knowing: Think emergency or convenience cigar run, not destination humidor.
See the full place profileHow we made this list: We built this around the way a cigar smoker would actually choose a shop: humidor quality first, then real cigar depth, hours and whether the place is worth the drive. A general smoke shop does not move up the list just because it has a few cigars behind the counter.
Editorial picks are separate from paid placement. Policies, hours, and cigar inventory can change, so the individual place pages show the underlying research and verification details.
